How my journey began

 
 

When I was 22-years-old, working as a Personal Trainer, I was referred to a Pilates Instructor to assess my chronic lower back pain. After working with her for three months, she educated me on what was causing my pain and how to fix it. From then on, I've been compelled to share what I’ve come to believe is the best exercise and rehabilitation method on the planet.

After completing my education at Stott Pilates in Toronto, I accumulated thousands of hours teaching at some of the most notable organizations in Canada and abroad. I now spend my time working as an Assistant Physiotherapist with individuals and small groups in a more clinical setting based in Victoria, BC.
